Just wanted to pass a long our appreciation to MI Homes for making this happen and to L and Jim Painting for the great job they did! The paint company representatives I talked to (Rick and Danny) and crew were very professional and easy to work with. We appreciate the flexibility in the scheduling of our job, the crew's attention to detail in prepping our house and the clean up after the job was complete.
Overall, we are a very satisfied customer and our neighbors have already commented on how nice our house looks!

"We hired L and Jim Painting to paint our living room, master bedroom, a hallway, and master bathroom. Our home is rather large, so we anticipated that it would take at least two days to properly complete the task.
The L and Jim crew showed up promptly on the scheduled date. Somewhat to our surprise, the crew consisted of 4 or 5 painters, rather than the 2 we were expecting to see. After confirming with us exactly what we wanted and addressing our concerns, the crew quickly got to work. There was no fooling around or chit-chat between the crew, and each member appeared focused on the task at hand. Although we were somewhat apprehensive to leave the crew alone at our home (Both my wife and I work away from our house.), the professional demeanor demonstrated by the crew put us at ease.
When I returned home briefly for lunch, I was exceedingly impressed. The crew had already completed the entire first coat of paint and the mess was very minimal. About three hours later, I received a call from the L and Jim crew chief explaining that they were just about to complete the job and asking me to make sure someone was home when they left so the house was not left unlocked and unattended.
By the time my wife arrived home from work, the entire job had been completed. Rather than take the two days we anticipated, the job was completed within less than a day. Furthermore, since the painting job has been completed, my wife and I have looked carefully for any mistakes or areas that need to be touched up. So far, we have yet to find any areas that were sloppily completed or in need of touching up. The job was very professionally done and we could not be more pleased with the final outcome.
